Volume One

So, I went over to ChatGPT last night just to mess with it and tease it as to why OpenAI is not obeying my website’s robots.txt file.  I’m not going to post that argument, but before I got into it I asked about getoffthisplanet.com.  And here’s how it answered.  I’ve never asked ChatGPT about my site, never told it and have never discussed it any way prior to this.  I think its response is totally on the money.  And by that I mean terrifying.  I don’t know, maybe it’s just me but this is amazing.  Sure ok, maybe it took a little info from the webpage Meta descriptions (Not so much a blog as it is a place…) but even with little information it seems to have inferred a lot of stuff.   Accurately.

Noon, 93° and I look up.

She’s standing there pretty much out of nowhere and was not there 3 seconds before.

A block long strip of fenced in tennis courts on the left and street parking on the right.  I managed to snap this.  Louis always likes to cross right here at an odd angle so I had to look away for a second and when I looked back she was gone.

She was wearing a heavy and thick, black coat that had a high collar over top a thick, black skirt with tall boots.  She had long, wavy brown hair with a slight dark purple tint.  She didn’t turn around and was walking deliberately and slowly, very, away from me and the dog.

Right after we cross there’s a spot the dog likes to stop and sniff.  So I looked all around, there was no place for her to have disappeared.  The few reasonably close parked cars were empty and even if she scaled the 20′ high fence in 4 seconds that would’ve put her in the middle of tennis courts and easily noticeable.

I have no idea where she went. I have no idea why only 1 leg.  It did not occur to me until this morning that maybe she went up.  Into the trees.  I never looked.
